The Sales Operations Coordinator will work in close conjunction with the Sales Operations Manager, to assist and administer daily tasks and responsibilities as needed by the Sales Floor and Teams. The Sales Operations Coordinator will act as a liaison for cross departmental alignment and sales success.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for the following primary duties:

· Administration and management of client records within NetSuite CRM

· Provide administrative support to management

· Resolve sales-facing client support cases

· Order creation, management, and process flow

· Management of client distribution, lead, and list flow

· Timely and accurate reporting on all data entry & record maintenance

· Educating Sales on new or current NetSuite implementation

· Provide outstanding service and support to all departments

· Maintaining existing sales reports and developing new reports as needed

· Inventory & Supply control and management

· Cash requisition and distribution to sales

· Accurate reporting on sales production, commissions, and bonuses

· Participate in evaluation, selection, and implementation in new sales tools

· Create and manage data reports for sales/management

Qualifications

The Sales Operations Coordinator must possess the following minimum qualifications:

· High Computer literacy including advanced skills within MS Excel and MS Office

· Basic experience in cash handling & management

· High attention to detail and process oriented

· 2+ years of experience with a CRM required (Salesforce, Netsuite, ZoHo, etc.)

· Strong organizational skills

· Self-motivated and quick learner with strong problem mindset

· Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

· Ability to multi-task in a flexible, fast paced, time critical environment.

· Team player with strong communication skills
